Human Resources directs the recruitment and hiring of highly qualified and dedicated individuals. We begin working with our employees at the time of their first inquiry for available positions in the district and continue that relationship into retirement. Hutchinson Public Schools employs over 800 administrators, teachers, and support personnel. USD 308 is on a quality journey and works to ensure that we provide the best learning environment for all of our 4,600 students.
