Free and Reduced Information

To be eligible for Free and Reduced Price meals you must fill out the form below or submit a letter from SRS stating that you qualify for Free meals.

The Form must be filled out correctly to qualify. Please remember to include all the students attending USD 308 School on the application. The application can be turned in to the school the student attends.
