We provide education and support for pregnant women and children from birth to age 5. Lil' Hawks Early Childhood Programs and Early Education Center of Reno County are accepting preschool, home visiting, and childcare applications for the current program year and the 2026-2027 school year.
Free preschool for families with children ages 3-5. Limited space available. Lil' Hawks Preschool services follow the USD 308 Academic Calendar. Preschool site options include Morgan Elementary, Lincoln Elementary, the Shirlie J. Hutcherson Center, Early Education Center and Emmanuel Lutheran.
Free child care and private pay options available, based on qualifications. Center-based childcare is provided at Lil' Hawks Child Care Center, 700 Suite B East 13th, during the hours of 7:00am to 5:30 pm. The new child care center is expected to open this spring. Services will then be provided at 2810 North Adams.
