MASTER PLAN - PLANNING MILESTONES

April 2003:	DLR Group contracted to complete master plan
May 2003:	Staff and patrons surveyed by DLR Group about facility needs
2003-04 School Year:	DLR Group’s architects, engineers and educational specialists talk with staff and take an intensive look at facilities. Further meetings were held with staff on how facilities aligned with educational programs.
2004-05 School Year:	Plan developed with potential costs associated with various facility improvements
April 14, 2005:	Plan unveiled to Board
April 25, 2005:	Community Steering Committee approved by Board
February 2006:	Board narrows scope to three different options for public consideration
March 2006:	Community meetings


USD 308 is a member of the North Central Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement, Koalaty Kids and Quality Keys
