COVID-19 Protocol

The Reno County Health Department provides the district with verifications of COVID-19 cases involving staff or students.  When the district is informed of a verified COVID-19 case, families in that particular school will be notified by email of the positive case.  No additional information, such as grade level or whether it’s a staff or student, will be provided.

Students and staff who have had close contact with the individual will be notified by the Health Department by a telephone call.  USD 308 does not have the authority to recommend or place students or staff in quarantine.
