AUTO BODY/COLLISION REPAIR

The Auto Body/Collision Repair program allows students to become knowledgeable in the field of auto body repair and possess the necessary skills to perform related repairs and custom refinishing according to the manufacturer's specifications.  Students will be introduced to numerous skills including:  estimating, paintless dent repair, straightening bent or twisted frames, weld metal parts, working in adverse noisily/dirty environments, how to remove parts to gain access to vehicle body and fenders, file, grind, sand, and smooth filled or repaired surfaces, refinish with a primer coat, sand and paint with a finish coat, and complete vehicle detailing.
