What is the Intranet?
The new USD 308 intranet is a place to access and share district files and information in a secure internal environment. The Watercooler and many of the staff forms have been moved to this secure area in order to provide staff-only access.
Logging in to the Intranet:
The Intranet is only available from inside the USD 308 district network.
You will need to use one of the following web browsers to connect to the intranet:
Internet Explorer for Windows:
When you navigate to http://spp:308/ you will automatically be logged in (when using a district computer that you have logged onto with your Active Directory credentials).
Firefox for Windows:
Navigate to http://spp:308/ then type in your Active Directory credentials (same as email) to log in.
Chrome for Windows:
Some versions of Chrome will automatically log you in to the intranet when you navigate to http://spp:308/ if you are logged in to a district computer with your Active Directory credentials (same as email).Other versions will require you to log in.
Safari, Chrome and Firefox for Mac:
Navigate to http://spp:308/ then type in your Active Directory credentials (same as email) to log in.
Navigating the Intranet:
After logging on to the intranet, you'll need to click on the Staff Resources link to find the Watercooler and the district's shared forms and links.To download a form from Shared Documents, open the folder that contains the form by clicking on the folder once, then click on the document you wish to download.
