USD 308 Online Enrollment

This is a pilot project for Hutchinson Public Schools as we work to serve you better.

If you are the parent of a student who is new to USD 308, you will not be able to complete the online enrollment at this time.    You will need to download the Kindergarten Enrollment Packet, the Grades 1-8 Enrollment Packet or the Hutchinson High School Enrollment Packet, complete these documents, then return them to your student's school.

For parents of returning students:

What do you need in order to complete online enrollment?

1. Your PowerSchool username and password.
2. Your RevTrak information.
3. The last four digits of your child's Social Security number (a state requirement since 2010-11)

Over the next few minutes, you will fill out demographic information, receive information about busing, send important health information to your child's nurse and, at the end, pay your bill if you are not applying for free or reduced meals.

If you fill out a free and reduced meal application, you will be notified of your status in a letter within the next two weeks. At that point, you may go back online and make your payments as needed.

Additionally, if you plan to ask for a transfer for your K-6 student, you will need to go to central enrollment from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., August 1st, 2012 or 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 2nd, 2012 at the Salthawk Activity Center. Transfers will not be taken electronically.

Even if you plan to ask for a transfer, you may go ahead and fill out enrollment online. Know that this is for your K-6 neighborhood school.

Any transfer requests will not be acted upon until Aug. 13.

If for any reason, you cannot enroll online, please attend central enrollment from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., August 1st, 2012 or 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on August 2nd, 2012 at the Salthawk Activity Center.
