Friends, I am going to Uganda on a mission trip in March 2009. I am needing to collect some things in order to go. I am looking for clothing to take with me to give away. There are specific needs such as long pants, long sleeve shirts and blouses, dresses and skirts, as well as nice children’s clothes, I am also looking for sewing machines to take with me to give away. If you are having a yard sale and would like to donate your leftover clothing please call me and I will be more than happy to come and pick any of these items up. Hello All! I am selling enchilada’s for my church. The ladies auxillary is endeavoring to raise money so that we can build a new church building. These enchilada’s will be homemade and delivered anywhere in Hutch for free! They are $6.00 for a half dozen and $12.00 for a dozen. I will be doing this once a month until we raise enough money so…even in the summer if you want enchilada’s and don’t want to make them yourself please keep me in mind! Hi everyone,

This is Jim Galliardt and Stormy John, paras at HMS 8, and we are leaders of a Christian rock band called “Sonlit”. Our music has started to take off- you may have read about us in the hutch news- and we have a CD release concert THIS Sunday the 10th, 7:00pm @ the Venue 302 that we would like you all (and your students) to come to. We gear our music to be fun and encourage youth to be “different” from the things that are hurting our society. Our music has not only been popular with youth, but adults as well. So if Sunday night television doesn’t cut it, come to the Venue this Sunday night. Tickets are $2 at the door which helps pay for the complimentary coffee/cappuccino/soda bar that we will have too. The Venue 302 is located at 302 E. 30th.
