Process for Scheduling Inservice Activities Using MLP.com
 

Visit the MLP.com website   



1. Responsible individual develops inservice session(s).

2. Inservice session is approved by appropriate supervisor.

3. Supervisor sends the following information to Nancy Soldner and Laurie Stevens for entry into MLP.com at least two weeks in advance or enters the activity directly into the calendar.

a. Title of Inservice
b. Date, Time, and Location
c. Presenter (s)
d. Brief description of the inservice session being offered
e. Identifies probable participants, i.e., Special Education Staff only, all staff, etc.

This information will appear in the District Catalog and on the Calendar in MLP.com so people can sign up for the inservice.

4. Any CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS must be sent to Laurie and Nancy immediately.

5. Prior to the inservice session, a sign-in sheet will be sent to the responsible individual.

6. Immediately after the inservice, the completed sign-in sheet is returned to Laurie.

7. Presenter directs participants to complete the Knowledge Validation form and Mark Complete immediately following the inservice in order to receive credit for attendance.
