To all USD 308 account holders,

We are excited to announce that we will be transitioning all district email accounts from Microsoft Outlook to Google Gmail this summer. This change will offer several benefits, including only using one account for all USD 308 email communications.

We will begin moving all accounts on May 27th, 2025, at 8 AM.  There may be a brief delay before your combined account is accessible in Google, but all new emails that arrive after 8 AM on May 27th, 2025, will be available in your Google email account.

All of your existing emails, contacts, and calendars will be migrated to your Google account for you. Your emails should automatically sort into their previous Outlook folders for you, this can take up to 6 weeks to complete for historical emails.
