HUTCHINSON, KS- Hutchinson High School proudly announces that all candidates of its prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) program have successfully received their diplomas. This remarkable achievement underscores the dedication, hard work, and academic excellence of the students, faculty, and staff involved in the program. Mira McCue is the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) graduate. She successfully tested in six IB courses, wrote an extended essay, and completed the elements for CAS. The graduates of the International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme (IBCP) are Caden Hendrix, Aiden Kimball, David Rogers, Lisa Selgrade, Victoria Severud, Ariana Shankle, and Ella Yoder. These graduates successfully completed at least two IB courses while focusing on their selected career pathways, completing a reflective project, and planning a service-learning activity. All these students' accomplishments highlight their commitment to academic rigor and global-mindedness exemplifying the core values of the International Baccalaureate. Each student's success is a testament to their perseverance and the support of our dedicated faculty. The IB program at Hutchinson High School continues to provide students with a comprehensive education that fosters critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and respect. The 100% diploma achievement rate highlights the program's effectiveness in preparing students for success in higher education and beyond.
